The Sustainable Food Security and Water Retention (SFS) course, conducted simultaneously in both English and Swahili, empowers participants with the skills to restore land, harvest water, manage waste sustainably, and grow resilient food systems. Rooted in permaculture principles, SFS focuses on real-world solutions for soil health, water retention, and ecological farming in community settings.
